Management Team

Our Kittery facility is managed by John Glessner. John is a graduate of Roger Williams College. Upon graduation, John spent three years captaining a Swan 51. Prior to joining KPYY, John was Operations Manager for the Hinckley Company and previously served as the GM for Dion’s Yacht Yard under the ownership of Manchester Marine. He is an avid racer on the Newport scene and has raced competitively since 1981, including six Newport to Bermuda races. John has been in the marine industry for 25 years.

Jason Tittle is in charge of customer service, moorings and storage for the Kittery yard. Jason is a graduate of the Landing School Systems program and started at KPYY as a service technician himself five years ago.

John's right hand in managing the Kittery yard is Chris Follansbee. Chris is a 30 year veteran of the industry and has been at the Kittery facility for 20 years. Chris manages our docks and mooring field; hauling and launching, and all yard operations. Chris is an avid and competitive sailor and also manages KPYY's rigging loft.

Zach Scott is our Parts Manager and he overseas purchasing and inventory at both the Kittery and Eliot facilities. Zach is also our Parts Manager for our dealerships. Please feel free to contact either John, Chris, Jason or Zach with any requests you may have.

We make every effort to respond to all requests promptly and if we are not immediately available it is because we are tending to other customers or our fleet of boats. Please keep in mind that the yards are in full swing Spring through Fall, so during normal operation hours our facility managers are often outside more than they are in the office.
